" Another attractive town for property developers is Brasov, where
Romdeals Property LTD based in Bucharest will invest around 7 mil EUR in
order to build a private residential park of 24 luxury villas in the
Stupini district.
The project will be developed on a land of around 13800 square metres.
The full residence will consist of 12 3 bedroom semi-detached villas
with ground florr and first floor and another 12 detached villas built
over 3 floors. Internal sizes are very generous as well as the garden
lands enclosed.
The building work commences in the first quarter of 2007 and will be
finalised in around 12 months."
