Starting with 1st August 2010 all companies developing intra-community activities are required to register in the Registry of Intra-Community Operators organized within the Fiscal Administration National Agency. The condition of registration is that the respective companies are VAT payers and their administrators and/or directors are not subject to committing fiscal crimes or of any other nature.
