Regular building stage updates, snagging and contracting UTILITIES upon completion of your apartment
Once your house or apartment is completed, the developer will require that the owner or a representative of the owner inspects the apartment for the reception and acceptance process.
This service will cover the following tasks:
- Inspecting the apartment to identify potential defects
- Preparing and signing the so-called “verbal process” which si actually in writing and in which all defects will be mentioned
- Taking pictures
- Preparing a presentation including the pictures further to the inspection
- Sending the presentation and the signed verbal process
- Inspecting the apartment to check that defects have effectively been repaired
- Further inspecting the apartment in case the reparation of the defects were not satisfactory in the previous visit
A Snag List is a fully comprehensive list of items that a builder has not completed on your new build property that purchased off plan in appliance with building regulations standard. Carrying out a throughout snag list on a newly built or renovated property is vitally important to ensure that you receive an acceptable quality of finish, making sure that you do not have a multitude of problems and irritations after you move in. New developments are constructed for the most part on a sub-contract basis. Once list done we send to the Developer or Building company with relevant photos if necessary and a copy to yourselves. After snagging has been present it to the Developer or Builder can take about 15-30 days for all of the snags to be done And once completed we would than physically visit your property to make sure all done accordingly and notify you, so we can get the furniture pack to be installed.
