After speaking and meeting with Razvan Satnoianu we were convinced that the Romanian property market was certainly in its infancy in respect to investment and that definitely could prove rewarding. We are therefore purchasing a 4 bedroom terraced house, North of Bucharest which is due for completion in April '05. We believe that the investment potential in Romania will continue for some time to come especially on the build up to EU entry. We have found Razvan to be approachable, open and honest in our dealings with him and has always been willing to answer any questions, enquiries or concerns when they have arisen. " Another attractive town for property developers is Brasov, where Romdeals Property LTD based in Bucharest will invest around 7 mil EUR in order to build a private residential park of 24 luxury villas in the Stupini district.
