Foreign Investors Council (FIC)
The Foreign Investors Council is an association of the leading foreign investors in Romania established in 1997.FIC started officially its activity with 26 companies as members. Today FIC accounts about 110 companies.
American Chamber of Commerce in Romania
The American Chamber of Commerce in Romania (AmCham Romania) is a non-profit and non-political organization that promotes the commercial and economic interests of U.S., international and local business community in Romania.
Established in 1993 by American investors in the country, it is now one of the 105 international AmChams in 91 countries affiliated to the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, based in Washington D.C., and a member of the European Council of the American Chambers of Commerce (ECACC).
Currently, AmCham has over 300 members, consisting of major U.S., foreign and local enterprises doing business in Romania, as well as small and medium-sized firms and business executives in the country, who support and abide by the policies of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. The association is entirely autonomous, with no subsidy from any government body, and relies on income from membership dues and other activities.
Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania
The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania is the most powerful association representing the Romanian business environment that holds together bilateral chambers of commerce, business associations and the entire network of 42 territorial chambers of commerce and industry.
Monitorul Oficial
Being established in 1991, Monitorul Oficial R.A. was entitled to carry on the task of publishing the official journal of Romania, which had initially been released in 1832. Since its first number, this paper began to produce a concise chronicle of the main historical, political and cultural events, which contributed to the progress and foundation of the modern Romanian state.

The Body of Expert and Licensed Accountants of Romania (CECCAR) is the organization representing the Romanian accountancy profession, autonomous, non-governmental, non- profit and of public interest. Having a remarkable development at national level, CECCAR is represented in all Romania's 42 counties, by its territorial branches.
The Ministry of Economy and Finance
The Ministry of Public Finance is the most important Government institution, with synthesis role for the activity of the economic, financial and fiscal structures in Romania. It operates based on Law No.90/2001 regarding the organisation and operation of the Romanian Government and the ministries, Law No.500/2002, regarding Public Finance and on Government Decision No.267/regarding the organisation and operation of the Ministry of Public Finance, implementing the Government Program and strategy for Public Finances.
